Please note that the Glyptotek is closed on Wednesday 4 November due to a burst water main supplying the museum.
The Central Hall
The Central Hall is the proud centrepiece of the Glyptotek, featuring a unique mosaic floor and framed by ancient columns and sculptures. The hall makes a stunning, atmospheric setting for gala dinners and award ceremonies.
We recommend a standing welcome reception in our beautiful Winter Garden, with a complimentary introduction to the Glyptotek by one of our curators. Champagne and canapés are served. Afterwards, dinner is enjoyed at round tables in the impressive Central Hall. Learn more about the possibilities and contact us at arrangement@glyptoteket.dk for a non-binding offer.
Dinners in the Central Hall take place outside the museum’s opening hours: From 5.30 pm until midnight at the latest.
Please note: On Thursdays, the museum is open to the public until 9.00 pm. That means the museum is not available for hire on Thursdays.
