Lasse Askov provides modern, innovative catering, using the very best produce.

With more than 15 years’ experience of catering for events and guests, he has been a major figure in the Copenhagen restaurant scene and in 2009 was awarded a Michelin star for his restaurant Kokkeriet. Since 2017, he has been running the Glyptotek’s café, Picnic.

The inspirational menus change according to the season. Lasse Askov will advise you and guarantee you the perfect dining experience.

Babette

For more than 25 years, Babette has been the Glyptotek’s culinary partner:

First in collaboration with Vivi Schou and Henrik Pedersen from the critically acclaimed Restaurant Babette in Vordingborg until its closure in 2019.

Morten Falk and Christian Wellendorf then stepped in, giving the business a fresh face: By Babette is now a Copenhagen-based luxury catering firm.
